Professor Green's Smart Home - The client's dissatisfaction with his previous installer was publicly expressed on social media, where he detailed numerous system issues and lack of responsiveness from the prior company.
Art of Smart was recommended and after an initial conversation through our Instagram, our team swiftly scheduled an on-site visit to investigate the reported system malfunctions. We were able to rectify the majority of the issues that had been affecting the client's daily routine. We further conducted a comprehensive evaluation, which enabled us to prepare a proposal for a complete system overhaul and upgrade.
The pre-existing rack and lighting panels were in a dire state, to the extent that they posed a potential fire hazard. Therefore, our team spent an entire week on-site, dismantling and terminating all new cabling, before reinstalling a new rack and lighting control panel, incorporating state-of-the-art components. Additionally, we installed new CCTV, intercom, Wi-Fi, heating, and video distribution systems. Our team worked diligently, often staying late on weekdays to ensure that the project was completed by Friday, leaving the client with a fully operational, well-lit, warm, and secure home, including a music system and TV ready for entertaining guests.
As with any takeover or upgrade, subsequent snag visits and remote assistance were necessary, and our AOS Aftercare team swiftly addressed all issues and quality of life improvements.
Since completing the initial work, we have returned to expand the system and perform future upgrades on several occasions. The client has become a loyal advocate of Art of Smart and frequently mentions us in social media posts and stories, expressing his satisfaction with our service. Our MD, Rich, has also developed a strong personal relationship with the client and often catches up with him over a drink.
