The client, who was in the process of building his dream home, came across AOS on social media and reached out to enquire about smart solutions for this Leicestershire Smart Home. His requirements included security protection features such as CCTV, alarm systems, external motion sensors and a video intercom. He also wanted the ability to open and close the electric gate and garage doors through an app, with notifications on his phone.  

The client also wanted a fast and reliable internet connection for gaming, and a method to connect DJ decks to the full house music system in the open-plan kitchen and garden during parties. We delivered the desired results, ensuring the full home, including all AV and security systems, can be controlled via touch screens on each floor. We also included a wireless touch screen that can be used in any room, Control4 Neeo remotes, and ensured all systems could be managed from the mobile app when the client is away.

With a user-friendly system in place, the client now enjoys complete control of his home's technology with just a touch of a button, enhancing the functionality and security of his dream home. 

To enable future expansion, AOS designed and installed a comprehensive prewire of cables and recommended hardware that is cost-efficient to add to and expand without requiring complete replacement. We demonstrated the importance of this recently when on our last visit to our Leicestershire smart home we installed 2 more zones of video distribution.
