We had the privilege of collaborating with our client on an exceptional project: the Cornwall Smart Home. Nestled amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Cornwall, this remarkable property has undergone a meticulous transformation, marrying luxury with cutting-edge technology to create a haven of unparalleled smart living.

The client expressed a strong desire for an immersive audio experience throughout the home. We strategically placed ceiling speakers to create a captivating sound environment. This desire stemmed from their love for music and the desire to elevate their everyday activities with high-quality audio. They envisioned a home where every room would be filled with crystal-clear sound, enhancing their enjoyment and creating a truly immersive atmosphere.

Security and convenience were also top priorities for the client. They wanted the integration of a video doorbell system to enhance the safety and ease of access to their property. The client sought peace of mind, knowing they could manage access remotely and monitor their property's entrance, ensuring the utmost security for themselves and their loved ones.

The client had a deep appreciation for media and wanted a comprehensive video distribution system. They desired the ability to stream high-quality content across multiple screens throughout their home. This service was chosen to provide them with limitless entertainment options, allowing them to enjoy their favourite shows and movies from any room within the house.

Setting the perfect ambiance for different occasions was also of great importance for our Cornwall smart home project. We fitted LED colour-changing lighting to create a unique and customisable atmosphere. Whether they wanted to create a cozy and intimate setting or a vibrant and energetic environment, the smart lighting system allowed them to effortlessly tailor the lighting to suit their mood and activities.

To provide comfort and energy efficiency we installed an advanced heating control system. This gives the ability to regulate the temperature in different areas of the home, maximising comfort and reducing energy consumption. This service was selected to ensure optimal climate management and create a cozy and eco-friendly living space.

Intuitive control of various home features was another requirement for the client. They wanted on-wall touch screens strategically placed throughout the property to provide easy and centralised control. This service was chosen to simplify the management of their smart home, allowing them to effortlessly navigate and control different aspects of the technology, enhancing convenience and accessibility.

Reliable and uninterrupted wireless internet connectivity was a priority for the client. We fitted access points throughout the property to ensure seamless connectivity in every corner of their home. This service was selected to provide them with a robust network infrastructure, enabling them to enjoy fast and reliable internet access for their various smart devices and activities.

Each service incorporated into the Cornwall Smart Home was driven by the client's specific desires and requirements. By understanding their vision and carefully selecting and implementing these services, Art of Smart was able to deliver a tailored smart living experience that surpassed their expectations, creating a truly exceptional and personalised home environment.

Between our first and second visit, the client converted the garage into a home gym which features a swing-down future automation TV lift and in ceiling speakers. We added custom automation throughout the home gym with smart lighting programming and an intercom system which allows 2 way communication between the gym and the home.
