The client posted on social media after falling out with his previous installer. Lots of his system not working with the pre-existing company ignoring all lines of communication.
We made an initial visit in only 2 days to investigate after an initial conversation on Instagram. We managed to fix the majority of his niggles and issues that effected his daily life and gathered enough information to put a proposal together for a complete over haul and upgrade.
The original rack and lighting panels were an absolute shambles to the point that they could have been a fire hazard. AOS spent a week on site ripping it all out back to bare wires, before re-terminating testing and labelling all cabling. Reinstalling a newly rebuilt rack full of all new components and re-terminating the lighting control panel. We also installed new CCTV, new intercom, new wifi, new heating and new video distribution.
The team worked very hard Monday to Friday, staying late most nights and completing late on the Friday leaving the client with a working system in a warm, secure, well lit house, with working TVs and music system party ready.
As is with all Takeovers/ upgrades, there was multiple snag visits and remote assistance after the initial overhaul. This was all dealt with swiftly via AOS Aftercare.
Once we had completed the initial works, we have since returned many times to expand the system and carry out future upgrades.
The client is a big advocate of Art of Smart and can often be seen praising the team and mentioning us in random posts and stories. Throughout the process he has also become great friends with MD Rich and they often catch up over a beverage or two…
